Port Royal Notice
The folks what be behind the Atlanta Pirates & Wenches Meet-Up Group have floated a message my way and asked me to pass it along to all you scurvy dogs what follows me blog thingy. They’d like you to join them down to the Euclid Avenue Yacht Club to raise a pint or twelve before tryin’ to rustle some bustles. Here be their official announcement:

I’ve personally been to two of this pirate clave’s shindigs and they be quite a good time. If you plan to attend this event please be sure to bring along a fair share of gold to toss to the food bill, else keep your own private tab running… and I’d certainly appreciate it if you might stop by the Corner Tavern and give ’em Hell for Captain Drew!! (as I’ll be unable to attend this night of delights)
That’s right, startin’ tomorrow I’ll unfortunately be struck low with a paaaaaainful groin injury (‘struth) what’ll last at least a fortnight, so the night of this party you’ll need to pose for some of those instant daguerreotypes and point me toward them afterward so that I might live viagraiciously through you… lassies, be sure to show some nibble!!
