It be that time again me hearties – when you sly scurvy lot pull your longboats up high along the shores of the inland city of Decatarrrr and invade her when she last suspects it! This year we has a brand new web site with a special dedicated section devoted to The PiratePalooza™ Pubcrawl & Pubsing and we nearly always be available via Twitter too, so there be no reason not to come and join us on Septembarrrr the 15th.

Pay special mind to this year’s T-shirts, which features a pirate skeleton that will GLOW IN THE DARK!!! That’s right, the darned thing uses a special ink that glows in the dark, like a radioactive pirate!!! From September 5th to September 6th at Noon EST you can pre-order your shirts – just go to the PiratePaloozaGear™ Page and pre-order your 2012 shirts, to ensure that your size doesn’t run out on Septembarrrr the 15th. Today Captain Drew held an impromptu press conference in the women’s lavatory in the security holding cell at Phipp’s Plaza, in which he announced: “I did NOT take that very expensive necklace, it simply became entangled in my fingers” and “you didn’t need to hit me over head, you steam punk” and “I think that I will hold the 2012 edition of the World Famous and Official PiratePalooza™ Pubcrawl and Pubsing on the 15th day of Septembarrrr”, shortly before falling into a deep rum-induced coma.

Captain Drew’s “legal” team arrived several minutes later to “negotiate” with the security guards. During the melee they confirmed that the Captain was correct in stating the date of The Official PiratePalooza™ Pubcrawl & Pubsing as being September 15th, 2012.

The schedule for the Official 2011 PiratePalooza PubCrawl & PubSing has been updated on the Pubcrawl page of the website [follow this link!] – take a look, write it down!! Seriously. Last year Captain Drew had to have this schedule waved under his nose before he would agree to move to the next venue so it’s INCREDIBLY important that you lot have a copy of it and bring it along with you!!

As Captain Drew so nobly declared last Septembarrrr: “Marrga farza frappa ragga rumma blaarrgh blaarrgh blaarrgh” which roughly translates to “I call upon the pirate captains of the world to assemble your crews and gather 1 year from now in the City of Decatarrrr to celebrate with us there the running of the 7th Annual Official PiratePalooza™ Pubcrawl & Pubsing!!!”

And so we be pleased to officially announce that the date for this year’s PiratePalooza™ Pubcrawl & Pubsing will be Saturday, Septembarrrr the 17th!

That be only 1 month and 26 days away, poppet, so spread the word to all the ruffians and bandits you run into out there in those hives of scum and villainy you so often frequent. Yes, Kal-El, we be talking about your favorite comic book store. ::headdeck::
